Refund Policy for Sleek Ondra

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Time Frame: You have [30] calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order. Alternatively, you can use the Contact Us feature on our website.

Refunds

1. Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

2. Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). 

3. Processing Time: You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Late or Missing Refunds

1. Check with Bank/Card Issuer: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Shipping

1. Return Shipping Costs: Yu will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. Replacement Shipping: If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

3. Damaged Items: If the item was damaged in transit, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact us immediately at info@sleekondra.com if your item was damaged in transit.
